FAQ
Screen printing is a traditional printing method where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil (or “screen”) onto the fabric to create a design.
Screen printing works best on cotton, cotton blends, and polyester fabrics, but it can be done on a wide range of materials.
Screen printing typically works best with 1-6 colors. Each color requires a separate screen, which can increase cost and time.
DTF printing involves printing a design onto a special film and then transferring the design onto fabric using heat and pressure.
Unlike screen printing, DTF allows for full-color, high-detail prints without the need for multiple screens. It’s ideal for small runs and complex designs.
For small orders or designs with multiple colors, DTF can be more cost-effective than screen printing. However, for larger orders, screen printing may be cheaper.
